Hypnosis is a technique that allows for personal transformation by providing targeted suggestions that assist the brain in identifying areas for improvement and initiating change.

I use a custom-fit approach that blends proven methods and treatments from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, experiential therapy, hypnotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, to address your unique needs.

With a focus on actionable steps and progress tracking, coaching is an effective way to work on specific external areas of your life, such as improving public speaking, becoming more assertive at work, developing positive relationships with others, and improving emotional intelligence in the workplace.

Clinical assessment and diagnosis in clinical psychology are two essential elements in understanding and caring for a person's mental health. They aim to evaluate the patient, accurately diagnose their condition, and recommend a treatment plan.
